(7) Enter your OTP and click on ‘SUBMIT’.

Q: Can I subscribe to Jazz Video Tunes?
A: All Jazz Prepaid and Postpaid customers can subscribe to Jazz Video Tunes having VoLTE compatible mobile handsets.

A: When you subscribe to Jazz Video Tunes - system automatically enables a default Jazz Video Tunes free of cost.

Q: Just like Jazz Tunes - can I copy someone else’s Jazz Video Tunes?
A: Yes, you can copy Jazz Video Tunes by simply dialing *3 before the B PARTY picks up your call.

Q: What are the charges of Jazz Video Tunes?
A: Prepaid

- Jazz Video Tune Content Charges / Download (One Time): PKR 30

Q: Who can view my Jazz Video Tunes?
A: PARTY A (Calling Party) will be able to view your selected Jazz Video Tunes on their mobile handset at the time they are calling you assuming they are on Jazz network plus VoLTE is activated from the backend and on their mobile handset as well. On top of this PARTY A (Calling Party) must have a mobile handset which is compatible with Jazz Video Tunes. Please see the list of compatible mobile handsets below. More mobile manufacturers are being enabled. Click here

Q: Can I subscribe to Jazz Video Tunes as a Jazz Tunes subscriber?
A: Yes, you can. Jazz Video Tunes and Jazz Tunes work in tandem. After Jazz Video Tunes is activated – Jazz Tunes is still stored in your personal Jazz Tunes Library. When someone calls you, Jazz Video Tunes is preferred. However, if the other party's mobile phone or network does not support Jazz Video Tunes, then your selected Jazz Tunes is played.

Q: Can I disable Jazz Video Tunes if I do not want to watch other people's video tunes when I call them?
A: Currently, this function is not supported.

Q: When a user from another network dials my number, can he view my Jazz Video Tunes on his mobile?
A: Currently, this function is not supported.

Q: Does Jazz Video Tunes support international roaming?
A: Currently, this function is not supported.

Q: How can I deactivate Jazz Video Tunes?
A: Go to the Profile from Ellipsis menu "more_vert" and select UNSUBSCRIBE.
